Making a purchase on-line could not be easier. Just browse our website using the categories in the 'Our Products' tab at the top of the page. Click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to buy. When you are ready to pay, click on the "Cart" link at the top right of the page to view the contents of your shopping cart. If you have a promotion code, enter it here also and click apply, your cart total will be adjusted accordingly. Select the postal/delivery option suitable and click "Check Out". You will be redirected to PayPal to finalise your purchace.

 

If you wish to have your purchace delivered locally in Townsville, QLD please contact us directly by telephone or email BEFORE completing payment to arrange your required payment method and delivery options/availability.

 

You can pay securly through our checkout via PayPal, or for local purchaces in Townsville QLD we also accept Direct Bank Deposit*, MasterCard, Visa card, credit / debit card or Cash. Your credit or debit card statement will display only a debit to "PayPal-NA Products"

 

*Please Note Direct deposit payments must be cleared before purchaces will be dispached for local delivery in the Townsville QLD area.

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment being cleared. On the rare occasions where a product is out of stock then we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and we will give you a full refund. Please allow approximately 10-15 working days for delivery of your order. Please be assured we will get your order to you as soon as possible. All products are  visually checked prior to shipping/delivery to ensure quality. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot replace any items once the  sealed packaging has been opened unless there is a manufacturing fault. In the unlikely event of such a fault we will replace the item on a like for like basis, if returned within 7 days of purchase. Goods must be returned by recorded delivery or some other traceable method along with a copy of the purchase order. We will not be liable for postage on returns. We reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, frivolous or the result of damage due to use. This does not affect your statutory rights.
